The Dragon Room is a sanctuary for culinary escapism. It is our love letter to the East Asian pantry, written in our own handwriting. We have spent years obsessing over fundamental techniques—the precise funk of a fermented miso, the sharp snap of a noodle, the deep umami of a high-grade fish sauce—only to break the rules of how those ingredients are supposed to be used.

We take the dishes you know by heart and rebuild them with aggressive intentionality. Why a bowl of Pad Thai when you can have the soul of the dish—the tamarind heat, the peanut crunch, the lime-slicked silk—condensed into a shattering, golden-fried egg roll?

This isn’t fusion. This is an obsession.

Liquid Escapism

Our bar program follows the same blueprint of technical rebellion. We lean into the complex, layered history of Tiki and Tropical Mixology, then pivot through the cold-pressed precision of the Japanese Izakaya.

Expect cocktails with a hidden strength—where high-proof rums meet house-made elixirs, and hand-grated spices are balanced against the bright vibrance of yuzu and calamansi. From spirit-forward Liquid Finales to savory highballs, our drinks are built to be as much of a conversation piece as the meal itself.

The Vibe & Hospitality

The Dragon Room is high-impact, gritty, and intentionally fast-paced. We reject the stiff, predictable cadence of traditional dining in favor of an atmosphere that feels alive.

Everything is Meant to be Shared: We believe the best connections happen when people are reaching for the same plate. Our menu is designed for communal exploration.

Fired Fast: We don't hold food back. Dishes are fired at high heat and served the moment they reach their peak. They arrive as they are ready, keeping the energy of your table moving.

Respectfully Fluid: While we move with speed, we are never rigid. If you would like your dishes timed or dropped together, just let us know. We accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible.
